Are your vehicles ADA accessible?

Yes, all our vehicles are ADA accessible. When reserving your ride, please specify your mobility requirements.

Yes, you must be a resident of Chester County SC or have an originating pick up address in Chester County SC.

Yes, you must be a resident of Union County SC or have an originating pick up address in Union County SC within 5 miles or the Union County Courthouse. Outlying areas are serviced on specific days.

Anyone 12 years or older that is a resident or has an originating address in the county being served.

Anyone under 12 must ride with an adult and anyone needing assistance can travel with one escort at no charge.

Drivers are allowed to assist you curb to curb, door to door, or hand to hand while loading and unloading the vehicle. They are not allowed to enter homes or facilities, carry items for passengers, or lift passengers and/or their mobility devices.  Passengers are allowed an escort at no charge if a higher level of service is needed.

Monday – Thursday:  8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday:  8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Chester County fares are based on mileage traveled for each trip, see fare chart for details. Union County fares are $1.00 for each trip.  Senior and Veteran discounts are for Chester County only.  Senior Citizens 60+ or Veterans with a valid ID on file can ride for free.

Passengers can schedule multiple trips per day in increments of no less than 30 minutes. The buses do not wait on passengers at stops, and The Connector reserves the right to limit trips due to volume.
